Ninja Run Club collects only what it needs to run the site: your email when you subscribe or join a waitlist, order details when you buy (payments are processed by Stripe - we never see your card number), and anonymous analytics. What we collect
Email address and optional details (city, pace, goals) when you subscribe, RSVP, join a waitlist, or submit a form.
Order information (name, shipping address, items) when you purchase. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers.
Anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics to understand what content helps runners.
How we use it
To fulfill orders, send the emails you asked for (drop alerts, training plans, RSVP confirmations), moderate directory submissions, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Emails
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (order receipts, RSVP confirmations) are sent only when triggered by your actions.
Your rights
Email hello@ninjarunclub.com to request a copy of your data or its deletion. We respond within 30 days.
