Returns & Exchanges

Return window and condition

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item that is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Limited City Series pieces are returnable under the same terms - but note that sold-out designs cannot be exchanged for the same design once the run is gone.

How to start a return

Email hello@ninjarunclub.com with your order number and the item you are returning. We will reply with the return address and instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong item - in that case, we cover everything.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will get an email confirmation when it is processed.

Exchanges

For a different size, the fastest path is to return the original for a refund and place a new order - limited drops sell through, and a new order locks your size immediately.
